RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Brainrotz. We want you to have a great experience with our products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Products that show signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Sale or discounted products.
- Limited edition or special collection items.
- Gift cards.
- Products damaged due to improper use by the customer.
3. Size Exchange
Customers are advised to carefully review the size chart before placing an order.
Size exchanges may be approved subject to stock availability. Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Brainrotz reserves the right to refuse exchange requests if the requested size is unavailable.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
After verification, we will offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer, UPI, or another suitable method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
6. Return Shipping
For approved returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Brainrotz may arrange return pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
For size exchanges or other customer-initiated returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and will be handled according to this policy.
